Indy CoZ
Indy CoZ (pronounced Cozy) is a new coworking space that will allow startups, entrepreneurs, independent professionals, home businesses, and those with workplace flexibility the ability to experience a community atmosphere instead of working alone. The coworking space will offer café and lounge areas, open workspaces, as well as separate offices and meeting rooms. Indy CoZ acquired EventzPlus and will continue to operate it as the event brand for our location.

EventzPlus
EventzPlus started as an event company in Carmel, Indiana. As the company grew the owners started to turn away events due to the lack of event space. EventzPlus has been acquired by Indy CoZ and is now located on the Northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana (commonly referred to as Castleton). EventzPlus is still a building and a service, but now has the ability to host small, medium, and large events. Event Coordinators will be on site to continue the great party planning service for which EventzPlus has been known.

Management
Indy CoZ is owned by Frank Howard, who enjoys working with startups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs in the Indianapolis area. He has a technical background with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. However, Frank’s passion is business. He attained his MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and was fortunate enough to work in all aspects of a small business during his 12 years at an Indianapolis Engineering firm where he started working immediately after high school.

Frank combined his background in technology with his love of small business to found L5 Solutions which focuses on providing business technology solutions to small business. L5 Solutions continues to provide unmatched customer service and response to a company’s information technology needs. At L5 Solutions, Frank provides ongoing direction, account management, and business development.

Frank realized an opportunity to bring coworking to the Northeast side of Indianapolis after acquiring a 60,000 square foot building in Castleton and creating Indy CoZ. This allows him the opportunity to help build a community of professionals who had routinely worked out of coffee shops, their home, or small office suites. To complement the coworking and capitalize on the great event space available in the building, Frank purchased EventzPlus, an established Event Planning/Venue based out of Carmel, Indiana which had outgrown its location.

Frank serves on the board of the Entrepreneurship Advancement Center (EAC) and enjoys being involved in planning that organization’s annual Entrepreneurship Celebration Conference and judging its high school business plan competition. Frank grew up in Southwestern Indiana and now lives in Fishers where his wife teaches. He is the proud father of three daughters.
